Between steps, we aim to get back to you with an update within 48–72 hours. 1. Apply Share your CV and potentially answer a few short experience-related questions. 2. Initial chat (45 min) A first online conversation with our People & Culture Lead to get to know each other. 3. Deep dive (60–90 min) A longer conversation with the hiring manager of the department, going deeper into your role-specific thinking and experience. 4. Meet the team (30 min) A chance to talk with future teammates and ask anything on your mind. 5. Meet our CEO & Founder (30 min) A final conversation with the person who started it all, to make sure the vision, values and ambitions line up on both sides. 6.
