Account scoring you can inspect and backtest, now part of Inflection.

Ranking any market from your own deals, with contacts and the reason on every score.

Ocean is contextual intelligence for go-to-market. It reads what every company actually does from its own website, learns what good looks like from your closed-won and closed-lost deals, and ranks your whole market against it, with the reason behind each score. The ranked accounts arrive in your CRM, your rep queue or your AI agents.

How to switch from Keyplay to Ocean

Five steps, working back from your renewal date.

  1. Check your renewal date

Find the renewal date and the notice period in your Keyplay agreement. Everything else works back from that date.

  2. Export what you can keep

Export your scored accounts, the signal weights behind them and the won and lost deals your model was built on, so you can compare results with Ocean.

  3. Connect your CRM

Connect HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or Attio. Ocean reads your closed-won and closed-lost deals to learn what a good account looks like.

  4. Review the segments and scores

Ocean proposes segments and scores, with the reason on each. Correct anything that doesn’t match how you sell.

  5. Send scored accounts

Scores, segments and matched signals go back to your CRM, or into Apollo, Instantly or Lemlist sequences.

Questions to ask Keyplay before you renew

  • Do you have a written commitment on the standalone Keyplay product past my next renewal?
  • Will I need Inflection’s marketing automation to keep my scores?
  • How does the model score companies outside software or outside North America?
  • Can I add a new signal myself, and how long does it take?

How do other Keyplay alternatives compare to Ocean?

The right alternative depends on what you use Keyplay for. Here’s what each is built for and where Ocean starts.

Keyplay pricing and alternatives: common questions

Short answers on Keyplay’s cost, what the Inflection deal changes, how Ocean compares and what switching takes.

How much does Keyplay cost?

Keyplay no longer publishes pricing. Third parties report about $20,000 a year for ICP Modeling and, before the merger, about $1,500 a month for Growth. Confirm current terms with Inflection.

Did Inflection acquire Keyplay?

Yes. Inflection.io announced the acquisition in April 2026 and did not disclose the terms. Keyplay’s site now says Keyplay merged with Inflection.

Is Keyplay still available?

Keyplay’s site and login are still live. Ask Inflection for a written commitment on the standalone product past your next renewal.

Does Keyplay have contact data?

Not in the ICP Modeling plan. Keyplay stops at the account, so teams pair it with a contact database. Ocean finds verified emails and direct phones on demand and charges only when it finds one.

How does Ocean find lookalike companies?

Ocean reads what each company does from its own website, learns from your closed-won and closed-lost deals, and returns ranked matches with the reason on each one.

Does Ocean work outside software and North America?

Ocean reads what each company does from its own website, so it covers any industry with a website. Reviews describe Keyplay as strongest for North American companies.

Can I try Ocean next to Keyplay?

Yes. Ocean reads your won and lost deals, so you can set its ranking beside your Keyplay scores on the same accounts before you decide.

How do I switch from Keyplay to Ocean?

Check your renewal date, export your scored accounts and the deals behind your model, connect your CRM so Ocean reads your won and lost deals, review the segments and scores Ocean proposes, then send scored accounts to your CRM or sequencer.
